SHIPPING INFORMATION
International Shipping now available!
1. Please make sure that the shipping information you have provided is correct prior to placing your order. I am not responsible for mail being delivered to the wrong address if it was not checked. If, upon submitting your order, you realize that you inputted incorrect information, message me immediately so I can work this out :)
2. Due to Covid-19, shipping times may be delayed. For domestic orders (U.S.), please allow for an additional 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive. For international orders (anything outside the U.S.), please allow for an additional 2-4 weeks.
Upon purchase, please allow for 1-3 business days for processing and an ADDITIONAL 2-6 business days for packaging. All orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days (if you do not receive a tracking email within 7-10 business days of placing your order, please contact me - please note that business days do NOT include weekends).
Also note that because this is a small business, there is only one person preparing, packaging, and shipping everything! Please be kind and patient and if you have any issues with shipping/processing times, don't hesitate to reach out and contact me!
3. Once I have delivered your package to the post office, it is unfortunately out of my hands. Any information you have on the status of your package is the same information that I have. If you are worried about lost mail, first file a claim with USPS (domestic mail) and see if they can provide you with any information. If they cannot do anything, you can contact me and I will do my absolute best to help solve and fix the issue!
4. If your ENTIRE order consists of ONLY stickers and you would like to opt for Stamped Shipping ($1) instead of First-Class Mail (U.S. ONLY - $3.50), send me an email at [email protected], contact me via IG (@stixxdesign), via Twitter (@toristixx), or fill out a form on the Contact Page and we can work this out (this platform does not allow for different shipping options).
If you are INTERNATIONAL and would like to purchase ONLY stickers and would like to opt for Stamped Shipping ($2-$4, depending on your destination/weight of order), send me an email at [email protected], contact me via IG (@stixxdesign), via Twitter (@toristixx), or fill out a form on the Contact Page and we can work this out!

PLEASE NOTE that Stamped Shipping does NOT come with tracking information. Furthermore, once I have delivered your stamped mail to the post office or mail carrier (proof can be provided upon request), it is completely out of my hands. Please especially consider this due to the ongoing pandemic - mail is much more likely to be lost during this time, and unlike with Tracked Shipping/First-Class Mail, which I can help you with if your order is lost, I CANNOT help you with Stamped Shipping.
If you'd like to err on the side of caution, please stick with Tracked Shipping/First-Class Mail which is the default shipping option.
